LOT 11 – Dieplaagte & sterkfontein – ZA OERF 7839 20 COCK – This cock was bred from the same lines as ‘2112’ that also scored 2x in the top 20 of the first four Hot Spots making Dieplaagte-Stratus the only loft to achieve one in top 20 over all first four Hot Spots this season. Unfortunately 2112 (6x top 20 in its last 8 outings) was lost in rainy conditions that caused the loss of many birds during Hot Spot 5 but it had already made its mark.
